Hi, I’m Angelia and I am a Chief Empowerment Officer, coach, speaker, trainer and strategist. In 2015, I founded Gordon Neal Coaching and Consulting with the goal of empowering others through coaching and career development services. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, coaching and consulting, I understand what people and organizations need in order to create, launch and achieve their goals. I have coached rising professionals, political appointees, spiritual leaders, and executives; the common thread to success is pursuing your goals with EXCELLENCE. My passion for helping others has created opportunities to serve as board chair and volunteer for several community based and professional organizations. I’m a proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College and Colorado State University. I also hold certifications from Harvard University and George Mason University. I am also a certified coach credentialed through the International Coach Federation. Raised in the south by my parents, who had a strong work ethic, has taught me a lot about what happens when you show up with courage, consistency, and character.
